USBCell – A USB Rechargable AA Battery

If you have ever found yourself with a dead laptop mouse battery and no spare AA’s, you will probably find the USBCell to be quite useful. This little gadget is a standard fitting AA battery with a built-in USB charging system. When it’s dead, just pop off the top and plug it in to any USB port to begin recharging.
According to the USBCell website, the batteries can be 90% charged in 5 hours. The battery specs. list it as being a Rechargeable AA NiMH Battery 1.2v 1300mah. The USBCell can also be charged in a regular NiMH charger at 250ma in 7 hours.
