His cape becomes solid when the electric signal is sent through it. I'm not too sure about this technology, although possibly useful. This would just make it far too easy for a "friend" to drop them down the sink. They'd just ooze right down. It would be the first time that you're cellphone showed up in the kitchen plumbing bill.
